A few honest understandings.
Every submission is read by a person. Reviews take time — sometimes days, sometimes longer. The gallery writes back when it has something real to say.
Submitting a work is not a guarantee of exhibition or publication. Maison may feature, curate, hold, or decline a piece. A decline is rarely a judgement of the work; more often a question of timing or room.
Artists retain all rights to their originals. Nothing shared with Maison transfers ownership or licenses the work beyond the review itself.
Wall previews are visualizations, not exact renderings. They are meant to help imagine a work in a real room, not to represent precise scale, colour, or lighting.
Conversations on Maison happen between people. The gallery introduces; from there, artist and collector continue directly.
If anything here is unclear, write to hello@maison.gallery. A person will reply.
